RETURNS or REFUNDS

Being a charitable organization, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or return your gift/donation that you will donate online or in person to any of our volunteer or staff or authorized Representative. If you suspect anyone collecting on behalf of us whom you do not trust please contact our office by email office@interchristian.organd we will respond to your request within at the earliest possible time.

We will love to receive your concerns or questions if you think that the funds you donated to our organization is not utilized properly. Please send them in writing by email to ceo@interchristian.organd our CEO will bring up the matter to our team of executives and if needed to our general body.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Books, magazines

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.

* Downloadable soft programs and products such as lessons, and sermons 

To receive your concerns and complaints, we require a receipt or proof from our online donation page.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will not be able to exchange or redirect your donation to another charity as per your instruction. 

Gifts

Your memorial gifts and missionary support, Child support or church support will be acknowledged with proper official receipt and will be mailed to you either by email or post.
